ACM Policies
Concerning Colonics
We appreciate your desire to cleanse frequently for your health and well being; however, our policy states you should receive no more than four colonics a week unless under a doctor's prescription. As always, please be mindful of replacing your intestinal flora and electrolytes as it is of utmost importance. They are available for purchase at the Atlanta Colonic & Massage or your favorite health food store.
Scheduling an Appointment
Please specify which service or treatment you are requesting at time of reservation. Due to popularity, first time clients are required to have a valid credit card on record. The card will not be charged until appointment date or other payment arrangements are made. All gift certificate numbers are required at the time you schedule an appointment.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, gift certificates and cash. We only accept personal checks from established clients.
Purchasing Packages
Packages must be paid in full at first session. Packages are non-transferable. We at ACM understand your busy lives may prohibit you from using your packages in a timely manner, and would like to extend a two-year time frame to utilize your package.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for all services. They must be presented at time of service and are non-refundable. We at ACM understand your busy lives may prohibit you from using your gift certificates in a timely manner, and would like to extend a two-year time frame to utilize your gift certificates.
Cancellations
We request a 24-hour notice for appointments to ensure availability of a therapist. We understand that the inability to make an appointment sometimes happens. We all have unforeseen circumstances that may inhibit us from making an appointment, in this case, a curtsey call of at least 8 hours in advance is required. No call no shows will be charged l00% of total services.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are permitted only if there is a table available. We understand urgent situations and will attempt to accommodate any such circumstances with an appointment.
Late Arrivals
To ensure schedule punctuality, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their session.
Children
We like to maintain a quiet, relaxed, and adult-oriented atmosphere for our clients. Please refrain from bringing your small children into our facility.
